ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be shipped out on the same day if received on a business day prior to 11:30 am PST after submitting your purchase (excluding holidays). Purchases made after 11:30 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email message which will come with a tracking number so you can track your order until it is delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on any of those days, your package will be shipped out the following business day. If you order after 11:30am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to high demand and during the holidays, our distribution center in Reno, Nevada and carriers may be experiencing possible delays. Delays can run an additional 2-5 business days on top of all normal delivery times. This means orders that normally have a 5-7 business day delivery time can take up to 12 business days to be delivered.
We're working hard to get you your order as soon as we can. During the holidays, we cannot guarantee normal shipping timeframes. Thank you so much for your patience if any unexpected delays arise.
