Refund Policy

FREE HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Returns
Hassle free returns:  Just email us at info@bamboosports.us and tell us why you want to return or exchange your purchase and we will send you a free return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will review your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.  Typically, your account will be credited in 2-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within seven days, please contact your bank or credit card company.  If they have not received the credit from us in 7 business days, please contact us at info@bamboosports.us .

Exchanges 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bamboosports.us .

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for us to receive your return or exchange may vary.  Please allow for up to two business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
